RECOMMENDED TOUR:
1st day: Arrival in Trieste and check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon a tour of Trieste is recommended to discover its historic cafes, such as the San Marco Café, an important meeting point for artists and intellectuals, the Tommaseo Café, the oldest cafe in Trieste, opened in 1830 and renowned for introducing ice cream in the early twentieth century, and the refined Caffè degli Specchi directly facing Piazza Unità d'Italia. Dinner in a refined restaurant in the town with a tasting menu based on a variety of seafood dishes and matching wine. Overnight stay.
2nd day: Breakfast. In the morning, tour of the Trieste plateau, preserving a long-standing gastronomic culture passed on by the typical "osmize" and by the producers of genuine wine and food. Guided tour of a prestigious farm, accompanied by a wine tasting experience. Lunch in a well-known restaurant in the area of the Trieste Karst with a menu based on typical products. In the afternoon, a tour in the enchanting Grotta Gigante, the largest tourist cave in the world, is recommended. A guided tour of a beekeeping farm to see the honey-making process, followed by a tasting session of their honey, which has won several national awards. Overnight stay. 
3rd day: Breakfast. End of services. In the morning, a tour of the scenic Duino Castle on a sheer drop to the sea, and a relaxing stroll along the Sentiero Rilke, offering a fascinating view of the Gulf of Trieste, are recommended.

Note: The wine and honey tasting may be replaced with/added to the tasting of the prestigious TERGESTE PDO oil, classified among the best oils in Italy, and of the Karst cheese, produced based on traditional making processes.
